We primarily use 100% Cedar wood, which is naturally resistant to rot, decay, and insects. Our lumber is pre-cut, pre-drilled, and pre-stained to ensure a smooth assembly process.
How long does shipping take for large structures?
Large items like gazebos and swing sets typically ship via LTL freight within 3-5 business days. Delivery usually takes 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Yes, we partner with professional assembly services like GoConfigure to provide expert installation. You can add assembly to your order during the checkout process.
What is your return policy for outdoor furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a potential restocking fee for large freight items.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All our products come with a limited warranty. We provide a 1-year warranty on all parts against manufacturer defects and a 5-year pro-rated warranty on wood rot and decay.
Can I customize the layout of my swing set?
Our products are engineered and safety-tested for specific configurations. We do not recommend modifying the structural layout, as it will void the warranty and may compromise safety.
