Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the item is disassembled and securely repacked in its original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during the transit process.
Schedule Freight Collection
For large structures like pergolas and swing sets, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to schedule a convenient pickup time at your residence.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
